EXHIBITING AT THE MISA BC 2017 FALL CONFERENCE TRADE SHOW

MISA BC is pleased to welcome exhibitors and sponsors to the Victoria Conference Centre in beautiful Victoria, BC from September 25 to 28, 2017.  The Trade Show will be open on Tuesday, September 26th and Wednesday, September 27th.    Breaks and receptions will be scheduled in the Trade Show area with a focus on providing informal and ongoing interaction between attendees and exhibitors.

You must register for your trade show booth– a booth is NOT included with any sponsorship level.

How to Register

  1. Ensure you are a current member of MISA BC – this is a Member’s ONLY event.
  2. Review the floor plan and available booths on the Conference app, making note of what booth(s) you would like to reserve. Also visit the Trade Show page on the Conference
  3. Visit the CivicInfo registration site to complete your registration. Payment by VISA, MasterCard or American Express will be taken AT THE TIME of registration and this will secure your space in the Trade Show.
  4. Re-visit the CivicInfo registration site to register your delegates. Please note your registration of an Exhibit Booth INCLUDES one delegate – this delegate has access to all programming including the social programs on Monday and in the evenings.

Trade Show Pricing

  • Early Bird Price: $2,345.  Expires August 7, 2017
  • Regular Price: $2,495. From August 8, 2017

Booth includes:

  • 8 x 10 space
  • Black pipe and drape – 8’ back wall and 3’ side wall
  • One 6’ table with two chairs
  • One power source
  • WiFi
  • One delegate pass for the full conference.  Additional passes can be purchased online.

We Need Your Logo

Logos are used to promote your business and services throughout our conference app. The best looking logos in the app are 300 x 300 pixels square, in either PNG or JPG format. If you have not yet done so, please send your logo in this size to conference@misa.bc.ca
