MISA BC Exhibitors Cancellation Policy
Refunds of trade show booth requests will be 100% refundable providing the booth can be resold to another customer. Requests for cancellation and refund must be sent by email to the Conference Exhibitor Chair (Barb Sheppard exhibits@misa2011.com).
MISA BC 2011 Fall Conference
September 20 to 23, 2011
Mary Winspear Center, Sidney, BC
- The cost for a single booth is $1,250.00 CDN plus HST.
- You will receive an email containing your official booth rental receipt. Please be sure to print the email.
- Your 8-ft x 10-ft booth comes with an 8-ft pipe and drape back wall, 3-ft pipe and drape sidewalls, one dressed 6-foot table, one electrical outlet, two chairs and internet access.
- All vendor attendees must register as a delegate. While there isn't a limit to the number of attendees that a vendor may register, there is a maximum of three (3) delegates that can work the trade show booth at any one time.
Please note, you need to be logged in to rent an Exhibit booth.
Please note, your dues need to be paid for the current year to register as an Exhibitor.
Once dues are paid the registration form will appear.
