Delegate Registrations may not be cancelled. Organizations may request a different staff member be specified as attending instead by contacting the MISA Treasurer at finance@misa2011.com

- Please use the following form to register as a delegate. Registration can be paid via credit card only.
- The delegate registration fee is $ 550.00. Sign up before August 12, 2011 and pay only $ 400.00. You may bring a partner for an additional $ 225.00.
