Delegate Registrations may not be cancelled. Organizations may request a different staff member be specified as attending instead by contacting the MISA Treasurer at Guillermo.Ferrero@nanaimo.ca
MISA West 2010 Fall Conference

- Please use the following form to register as a delegate. Registration can be paid via credit card only.
- The delegate registration fee is $ 550.00. Sign up before August 3, 2010 and pay only $ 400.00. You may bring a companion for an additional $ 200.00.

Your dues need to be paid for the current year to register as a delegate.
Once dues are paid the registration form will appear.
